Raiders Parents,

We are pleased to announce that we will be offering a voluntary Spring Training for our players at Riverside Gym beginning on Tuesday, April 26th.  Riverside Sports Performance has been the most recognizable sports training facility in our area for over 12 years. They have helped many local area athletes reach their goals and reach peak performance levels. Many of their athletes have gone on to play at the collegiate level in divisions 1, 2 and 3.

Over the years, RSPC/Walter Santos has maintained a very strong relationship with the Long Valley Raiders sports teams. Their continued partnership has helped athletes become better performers while reducing the risk of injuries. They take great pride in those athletes that have participated in their program and look forward to working with our youth athletes.

The RSPC program consists of several components that help us build and develop the athletes.

·        Improve speed agility and quickness

·        Build strength, conditioning, and power

·        Improve core strength, stabilization, and balance         

·        Build confidence and mental toughness

Since we are organizing this through our Raiders Football program, Riverside has been able to give us a discounted rate for program.  The cost for the 8-week program (16 sessions) is $288 per player.  The program will begin on Tuesday, April 26th and end on June 16th.  If you miss any sessions, they may be credited through Walter to be used at a later time.

Program Details: (based on current grade 21/22 school year)

·        Grades 4-6 (Tuesday/Thursday @4:30pm – 5:30pm)

·        Grades K-3 (Tuesday/Thursday @5:30pm – 6:30pm)
